The AlphaSonic™ increases local circulation, reduces inflammation and relaxes muscle tension. The AlphaSonic™ delivers totally safe, bio-compatible soundwaves in the range of Alpha (approximately 8 to 14 Hz). It's gentle pulsating massage reminds many people of soft bubbling water or the soothing purr of a cat, which animals readily accept. Safe to use in all phases of an injury as it won't heat up tissue.

Blue spectrum end= COLD

Yellow to white spectrum end = HOT

 

Infrared thermography reveals elevated thermal gradients (surface temperatures), which indicate inflammation. Application of the AlphaSonic™ results in dramatic drop of thermal gradients and much cooler legs for this racehorse.
